Today learn one more new knowledge on how to adding Properties to MOSS Advanced Search, so just keep track the link at My Blog for future refrence and at the same time same with you all :)
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/sharepoint/MOSS_Advanced_Search.aspx
but i still have something not clear, how do we My the proprety to the column we want? becuase alll the mapping at the Metadata Property Mappings (Mappings to crawled properties) i am not sure which one is my property name ?? ha ha ha..
This change only can handle by who have the access right to shareservices at MOSS , if you are normal user ..hahaha..just request from the IT Pro for this adding.
I think this feature only needed when the end user is needed the advance serach to search all the specify column information, example you have the column name as DOCtype. then end user want to find all all the DOCtype= confidential , so thie property only needed to add in to Metada property and add to advance search. :)
keep track and sharing on my sharepoint knowledge :) nice to meet you all
which country user step here?

Track: SharePoint for Developers
Good information to share with the SharePoint Developers, just find out MSDN have provide the good sharing about:
As a developer, would you like to learn more about Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)? MOSS is based on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, which gives developers the opportunity to get more problems solved with less effort. Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 takes full advantage of Microsoft ASP.NET and the Microsoft .NET runtime. The new features and added programmability support in MOSS provide a wealth of development opportunities. This course will immerse you in many of the developer-centric capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

To my developer friend's
Just read the blog about : SharePoint Skills Shortfall
This blog is talking about the market needed sharepoint developer!!!
If you are have the asp.net skill , then i hope you can consider to catch up the sharepoint developer skill too...because is easy for you to learn it.
From last 2 year i never see any position is posting at Jobstreet malaysia about sharepoint developer job, but recently i start notice starting have company open for this kind of position.
I belive in coming future will have more job coming... but the market is out of sharepoint developer. As i know currently the salary for sharepoint developer can get the great pay.
So if you have intrested to self learning on sharepoint developer area you can check out my blog have some bacis information to bring you in !!
*opss...just do let you know i am not sharepoint developer :P , don't ask me about the coding!! ha ha, but i am sharepoint system engineer maybe can advice you how to build your development server for you to do the coding testing :P

Displaying a list on another site (in the same site collection)
Are you facing to publish the list at your main site or other sites in the same site collection at MOSS?
here have one work around for you to import the list data and show at your site. I know this solution is not 100% as the web part list view , but this able to help you show the data.
if you really don't like this method , you can add in web part view then show the list from the original sites :) (i don't like this solution, the view is not so nice :) ha ha)
ok, here is the detail link for the method : Link
Summary of the step:
